My name is Sushant Waghmare and I am currently working as an Asst. Prof. at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research, Nagpur.
Human Resource Management is my area of expertise, with a special emphasis on Performance Management and Assessment. I am greatly interested in the fields of Competency Mapping and Development. One of my current interests is Psychology and its applications in the Business Scenarios.
